To ensure clarity, VSL Market operates two distinct models. The refund policy applicable to you depends on whether you are buying goods from us (Sourcing) or selling goods to others using our tools (Platform Sales).
This section applies exclusively to transactions where VSL Market is the seller and you (the User) are the buyer. This typically involves bulk purchases, sourcing orders, or wholesale procurement initiated through our sourcing dashboard.
1. Liability and Fulfillment
VSL Market is committed to fulfilling all confirmed and paid wholesale orders. We assume responsibility for the goods until they are delivered to the agreed-upon shipping address or freight forwarder.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We provide full refunds to our sourcing customers only under the following specific conditions:
- Non-Delivery: If VSL Market is unable to procure, ship, or deliver the ordered item(s) due to stock unavailability, manufacturing discontinuation, or insurmountable logistics failures.
- Incorrect Items: If the items delivered differ materially from the specifications agreed upon in the invoice (e.g., wrong model, wrong color) and cannot be replaced.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of Mind: Once a wholesale order is confirmed and production/procurement has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
- Third-Party Delays: Delays caused by customs, import duties, or your chosen freight forwarder.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by VSL Market:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
- Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method or credited to your VSL Market wallet for future sourcing, based on mutual agreement.
This section applies to transactions where you (the User) are the seller, utilizing VSL Market as a tool to display products, generate invoices, or manage orders for your own end-customers.
1. VSL Market Status
In these transactions, VSL Market acts strictly as a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) provider. We provide the infrastructure for you to showcase products and manage data. We are not a party to the contract between you and your customer.
2. Payment & Funds
- Direct Payments: You acknowledge that payments (via Cash, Crypto, or P2P transfer) are made directly from your customer to you.
- No Custody of Funds: VSL Market never touches, holds, or escrows these funds. Consequently, we do not have the technical or legal ability to reverse these transactions.
3. Refund Responsibility
As the Merchant of Record:
- Sole Liability: You are solely responsible for issuing refunds, handling returns, and managing chargebacks with your customers.
- Policy Requirement: You must clearly communicate your own refund policy to your customers. VSL Market's refund policy does not apply to them.
- Disputes: VSL Market will not mediate financial disputes between you and your customers. We bear no liability for your failure to deliver goods or refund your customers.
4. Content Liability & Social Imports
Regarding products imported from your social media (Instagram/Facebook) or created on the platform:
- You warrant that the products you sell are legal, legitimate, and accurately described.
- VSL Market assumes no liability for the quality, safety, or legality of the items you list or sell to your customers.
