  • Getting started is instant. Sign up, verify your identity or business details, and you can immediately generate reusable payment links, create invoices, or set up a digital storefront to share with anyone globally.

    Tip: Payment links can be shared directly via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or embedded on your social media profiles.

  • Absolutely. You can sell anything, from physical goods and digital downloads to services and subscriptions. For physical goods, you can collect shipping addresses and calculate delivery fees at checkout.

  • We allow your customers to pay however they want. We support all major Credit and Debit cards globally (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, local Bank Transfers, and regional Mobile Money wallets. The available methods automatically localize based on your buyer's country.

  • We support payments in a wide range of fiat and cryptocurrencies. Supported fiat currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, NGN, GHS, KES, UGX, TZS, ZAR, and RWF. We also fully support cryptocurrency payments in BTC and USDT.

  • We never hold custody of your funds. Payouts happen instantly and directly to your connected account immediately following a successful transaction.

  • Security is our top priority. All payments are processed over bank-level encrypted connections (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We utilize advanced machine-learning fraud detection, 3D Secure authentication, and rigorous identity verification (KYC/KYB) to protect both you and your buyers from fraudulent transactions.

  • Your processing limits depend on your account verification tier. Starter accounts have base limits allowing you to process payments immediately. You can increase your volume limits by uploading additional business documentation (like business registration or proof of address) on request.

  • Our platform focuses on simplicity and accessibility. While we do not offer complex website plugins or direct API integrations, anyone can easily generate a secure, universal payment link. You can easily embed these links into your website buttons, share them across social media, or send them directly to your customers. Additionally, your users and customers can freely share your payment links with anyone, anywhere, to help you expand your sales reach globally.

  • Customers can submit a dispute for any payment through our dispute system. Both parties are encouraged to resolve the issue directly within the platform. If no agreement is reached, the dispute can be escalated to us for review. After assessing the case, we may initiate a refund request in favor of the party that fulfilled the terms of the payment request.

Global Commerce & Compliance

Cross-Border Payments & Currency Conversion

You can price your items in your local currency or major currencies like USD, EUR, or GBP. We handle the real-time foreign exchange conversion when an international customer pays. Your dashboard will always show the exact settled amount in your primary payout currency.

Prohibited Items & Global Compliance Laws

To comply strictly with international financial regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) directives, we enforce a strict prohibited items policy. You cannot use our platform to process payments for illegal goods, weapons and firearms, narcotics, unverified or regulated pharmaceuticals, adult content, counterfeit items, or unlicensed financial services. Any violation of these global compliance standards will result in immediate account suspension and reported actions where required by law.
